Our clients, John Walklate and James Comino from CBRE and Martin Blaszczyk from Dexus, wanted to create a compelling leasing video that would drive inspections and be the main feature of a LCD brochure campaign.
Building owners Dexus have made significant investments over the last 12 months and the Space Hero team wanted to showcase these improvements to prospective tenants. We took great care in articulating the benefits of 10 Eagle to viewers.
We wanted to give people a strong reason to inspect 10 Eagle. Creatively, the video needed to be highly personable and entertaining, creating an instant connection with viewers. Using this relationship established with viewers, the video ends with a strong call to action to ‘come pay us a visit’.
The 10 Eagle video was launched on 23 October, and has been used extensively and consistently to support the overall leasing campaign. As well as distribution through the innovative LCD brochure, where the video was the hero, the video has been circulated to the agent’s prospective tenants and featured on the Space Hero website. The video has been viewed more than 600 times.

The overall leasing campaign has seen 11 new tenants secured, including a long-term lease to Accenture and a host of other international and national tenants.
