Bowen Hills

Bowen Hills is an eclectic Brisbane City fringe suburb set to change. Recently identified by the Queensland State Government as an Urban Development area, Bowen Hills will become an inner-city transport hub with a view to a higher population density to utilise its convenient location.

Currently the area is a mix of light industry, office space, pockets of retail and services as well as small amounts of medium density residential.
