Carole Park

Located 19 kilometres to the South West of the Brisbane CBD is the half residential, half industrial suburb of Carole Park. Carole Park is positioned halfway within the Brisbane City Council and halfway in the Ipswich City Council, and is divided by the Logan Motorway.

Changes have recently been made to allow for the residential half of Carole Park to receive a Brisbane Postcode and there have been rumours that the City Council plans to amalgamate Carole Park into the suburb of Ellen Grove in coming years, leaving the industrial part of Carole Park to carry on the name.
