Located 6 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, and forming part of Brisbane’s most prestigious precinct, Clayfield is a historical and leafy Brisbane suburb. Comprised of predominantly large-lot, pre-war, Queenslander style homes, the area is reminiscent of the Brisbane of yesteryear.
The area’s commercial property precincts are predominantly retail spaces along Sandgate road, running on from Albion and Bowen Hills. The area also houses several prestigious schools, including Clayfield College.
Well serviced by the Brisbane City council bus system, the area also benefits from close proximity to major train stations including Ascot and Albion, as well as smaller stations on the Doomben line including Clayfield station.
