Our clients, James Branch and Mark Witheriff from Knight Frank, wanted to create a sales video that was both highly creative and deeply engaging in order to do justice to the property.
While the uniqueness of the location and the property itself are well known to those familiar with the area, the team at Space Hero wanted to develop a very visual online marketing tool to highlight these features to a wider audience.
Positioned in such a prominent oceanfront location, aerial drone was a natural choice to highlight the location, size and beauty of the oceanfront setting.
As a picture tells a thousand words, the decision was made to not include a voice- over in order to let the images really speak for themselves. By keeping the onscreen text to a minimum, we were able to make the sweeping shots the hero and set the mood with music.
In just 90 seconds we were able to convey with video what would take an hour to demonstrate in terms of the location, and the detail and quality of the property in a different format.
The video was used in an email out to the agent’s database, as well as online and in face-to-face presentations with prospects.
Overall, the video has generated a large number of enquiries and laid the foundation for the sale of the property. Since the launch of the campaign, the video has been viewed more than 450 times.
